We provide the following services to academic investigators:

• Well-characterized normal primary human cell lines: epidermal and oral keratinocytes, connective tissue fibroblasts, large vessel endothelial cells, pleural and peritoneal mesothelial cells, TERT-immortalized versions of the above and cell lines cultured from squamous cell carcinomas.

• Initiation of primary fibroblast and keratinocyte lines from biopsies of human tissue (e.g., generation of cell cultures from individuals known to carry a specific gene mutation).

• Genetic engineering of such cells using retroviral vectors.

• Cryopreservation and storage of cultures.

• Starter quantities of optimized culture medium formulations and tested serum lots for various cell types.

• Cell culture methods

• Consultation on experimental design using cultured cells.

• Growth assays and other custom culture services.
